1. Eligibility
   You must be an authorized representative of a legitimate event, organization, or brand.

   Fake, misleading, or unverifiable profiles are not allowed.
2. Use of the Platform
   Organizers may submit events/teams/IPs to seek sponsorships.

   Brands may explore sponsorship opportunities across listed events.

   Elleiance facilitates introductions but is not a broker, agent, or guarantor of sponsorship outcomes.
3. Sponsorship Engagement
   All discussions and agreements are directly between organizers and brands.

   Elleiance is not responsible for negotiations, payments, or performance of sponsorship deals.

   Organizers and brands must not misuse the platform to bypass or misrepresent opportunities.
4. Data Usage
   By using Elleiance, you consent to us using your data (in aggregated or anonymized form wherever possible) for analysis and to improve the marketplace.

   Personal or financial details will not be shared without your consent.
5. Logo Usage
   By creating a profile, you grant Elleiance permission to display your name and logo on the platform solely to indicate your participation in the marketplace.

   Logos will not be used for external promotions without prior approval.
6. Prohibited Use
   No fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.

   No resale or unauthorized sharing of information obtained from the platform.

   No spamming, scams, or unrelated promotions.
7. Liability Disclaimer
   Elleiance provides a platform for sponsorship discovery but does not guarantee deals, funding, or ROI.

   Elleiance is not liable for disputes, cancellations, or financial losses between organizers and brands.
8. Termination
   Elleiance reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms.
